Aussichten are 9 + 1 impressionistic improvisations, accidentally recorded in the early morning hours at a special place with a special view. They reflect different shades in both spatial and future prospects, transforming lighter and darker colors, fears and hopes into resting soundscapes.
I have been looking for a musical realization of views and prospects for a long time. They usually give me peace, strength and expanse in my thoughts without capturing me.
Surprisingly, in almost all languages, the past known is assumed to lie behind us, while the future unknown, in contrast to what we see, seems to lie before us. While looking at the view something in this illogicality has made me simultaneously a player and a listener of these as yet unknown pieces during the moment of recording.
